Just so you know ....

All services are offered by appointment only. Appointments may be booked using our online booking site..

My online booking calendar opens on a monthly basis. The last Monday of each month on a 7 day week. To receive updates, please subscribe to our mailing list here.

 

 

 

Due to certain circumstances, I can not perform any services over a service that I did not do.

  • Extra guest including children are not allowed unless being serviced.

  • Wash & blow dry is included in all sew ins and natural hair services. Washes excluded from: Quick Weaves, Wig Installs, Ponytails, Braids or Trims.

  • Please confirm the style you choose before booking, you will not be allowed to down grade any services. For example but not limited to: if you book a sew in, you will be required to pay for that sew in even if you decide to get a ponytail instead. You will always be charged by the amount booked unless you add on services.

  •  

    Ensure that you have all items (hair) needed for your appointment prior to booking. The same reschedule and cancellation policy applies in any scenario. 

  •  Please allow a 15 min grace period between each appointment. I give all my clients a 10 minute grace period. But Please try to be on time for your appointment, If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will unfortunately be cancelled.

  • No call/ No show will forfeit your booking fee and will be banned from my booking site.

  • If you need to cancel, please cancel more than 24 hours in advanced.

  • For same day appointments, please reach out to me via text or call before scheduling.

  • Booking Fees may only be used once to reschedule (date and time), You must do so 48 Hours in advanced. 

  • There are no refunds. Including Booking Fees

  • You are not permitted to file any disputes against me.

FEELING SICK?

  • All guests have the option of wearing a mask during their appointment. Please refrain from wearing mask that attach behind your head.

  • Only individuals being serviced will be permitted into the building. Any additional guests must wait outside. No exceptions.

  • No electronic payments accepted.

If you are feeling sick, may be sick or have been around someone who may be sick, please reschedule your appointment.

The same rescheduling and cancellation policies still apply.
